Locate an Interaction Timeline

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate an interaction timeline in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Interactions button.

Select the desired interaction.

Select the Timeline button.

The interaction timeline is displayed.
