View Evaluations

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to view evaluations in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the My Evaluation button.

Select the desired evaluation link.

The evaluation is displayed in the window.
