View Your Schedule

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for viewing your schedule in the Genesys system.

Select the Activity tab from the top menu.

Select the Schedule tab.

Alternatively, you can also select the View full schedule button.

Select the Month tab to view your schedule in month view.

NOTE: Select the Weekly tab to view your schedule in week view.

Alternatively, you can also do the following steps to view your schedule:

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the My Schedule option.
